Do you have Suisse Alpine ski or snowboard insurance and is your sports equipment broken or lost?
In the event of breakage or damage
Contact the retailer from whom you purchased your sports equipment. They will take care of matters promptly and without fuss, enabling you to receive your replacement snowboard or skis quickly.
In the event of theft or loss
If you have lost your skis or snowboard or had them stolen, please file a theft or loss report at the nearest police station. Please then enclose the report confirmation you receive with the notice of claim and send both to us.
